The State of Illinois, working in partnership with the NCRC Community Development Fund (NCRC CDF), applications for the B2B Restaurants, B2B Hotels, and B2B Creative Arts grant programs are now closed.

For Small Business that Received Awards: 

If your small business received an award under the B2B Restaurants or B2B Hotels, you will need to complete a brief form in Submittable that shares how you used the funds. This form is known as the “Attestation” and should only take a few minutes to complete. 

Attestation Instructions for B2B Hotels and B2B Restaurants Grantees:

• September 30th, 2024: As a requirement of the B2B Hotels and B2B Restaurants Grant Programs, you must submit a written attestation within one year of receiving a grant that the funds were used for eligible expenses. The form is available in your Submittable Account. 
• Attestation forms and reminder notifications will be emailed to you and are accessed by logging in to your Submittable Account
• Account ownership transfer: You may need to update your small business's contact information and Authorized Representative or Point of Contact. To request this change of ownership, please email our technical support team at https://www.submittable.com/help/submitter/ with the name of the original Authorized Representative or Point of Contact, the name of your small business, and the email address of the new Authorized Representative or Point of Contact.
